Describe what you love about what you do.

I love what I do because I can help bring orchestral music to the people of the greater New Orleans area. I can help redefine what it means to participate in a live music experience through innovative collaborations, transformative educational and community engagement programs, and classic presentations.

Something about New Orleans that can always put you in a good mood.

Hearing great music always brings a smile to my face. Knowing that I can get some of the best music in the world right here at almost any time warms my heart.

Describe what you see as our future.

I see New Orleans as a hub for creatives. There are fresh and innovative voices here that need to be amplified. With the advancement we've made as a community over the past year in digital spaces, we have the opportunity to bring what this community has to offer to the world in new ways.

What would people be surprised to know about you?

I spent the early part of my career as a professional hip-hop dancer. I did a lot of background dancing work for up-and-coming artists for live shows and music videos.
