The New Orleans Museum of Art's most anticipated event of the year is just weeks away. The Odyssey Ball returns Friday, November 15th and raises the funds necessary to support the museum's exhibitions and educational programs. This year's bash is themed Mystère Louisiane.
The annual soiree is presented by IBERIABANK and chaired by Rupa and Tarun Jolly, Anne and Edmund Redd, and Jennifer Heebe. "It is a party you will definitely not want to miss," the Jollys shared with Adore.
The couple is actively involved with NOMA and has attended the Ball the previous 5 years. Odyssey Ball has always been one of the couple's favorite events of the year as it pairs a fantastic event with the opportunity to support the museum's art.
Guests can expect a phenomenal event put together by Z Event Company (we can't wait to see the decorations) with libations by Sazerac and world class entertainment by Sound House. "It will be absolutely over the top music spanning music from your childhood to current hits."
Odyssey Ball officially kicks off two days earlier (Wednesday, November 13th) at the Sponsor Party, held at the home of Walton and Jeffrey Goldring. Sponsors at the $2,500 level and above are eligible to attend the exclusive evening. "Without being too cliched, it is a fabulous night of personally interacting with some of the most interesting people in the city that love art! It is always held in an incredible home typically with amazing art throughout."
The Jollys are encouraging New Orleanians to join in on the fun and support NOMA through their time, donations, and sponsorship. Interested individuals who are under 40 can join the young fellows group.
