  • 1 min to read

Mark your calendars: New Orleans Auction's next big estates sale starts Saturday, October 12th. The two-day event features over 900 items from five estates and includes everything from diamond earrings to larger items like armoires and chaises. Anglophiles will be delighted by the fine English antiques and paintings included from Bruce McCashin's estate, and modern art lovers will be ecstatic over a memorable piece by George Rodrigue (the estimated value is $75,000-125,000).

Interested shoppers can browse the exhibition in person until Friday, October 11th (They are open Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday, October 5th, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.) or online. Not sure where to begin? New Orleans Auction Galleries' catalogue offers additional information on the event and the featured estates. Below, we've listed our 15 most-wanted items, both practical and well, not. Happy bidding!
