From streaming a barre class to a HIIT session, there is an option for any level and sweat preference.
Barre3
It's no secret that New Orleans loves Barre3 (we have three studios!), but what happens if you can't make it into class? You can still access their signature low-impact workout (a combination of yoga, pilates, and ballet) through their online program. Props aren't necessary, modifications are given for each posture, and there are hundreds of videos to choose from, all with varying lengths. You can try the program at no cost for 15 days and should you choose to stick with it, an account costs $29 per month. Streaming is available through computer, mobile, Apple TV and Chromecast.
Romney Studios / MVMT by Romney
This New Orleans staple recently launched a streaming service a.k.a. you can enjoy Pulse, Bounce, Bosu, and more from home! New content is uploaded weekly and there are different class lengths and difficulty levels available. In the wake of the coronavirus, the studio is offering a temporary discount on the online option. Monthly streaming is $13.99 with code RSQUARANTINE1 and yearly streaming is $133.99 with code RSQUARANTINEANNUAL.
