Join Chef Nina Compton at Bywater American Bistro for a one-night-only dinner raising funds for the bayou parishes gravely impacted by Hurricane Ida. The prix fixe meal will take place on Wednesday, September 22 and will showcase ingredients and dishes indigenous to the bayou. Proceeds will directly benefit Bayou Fund, spearheaded by Chef Melissa Martin of Mosquito Supper Club and Jonathan Foret of Helio Foundation.

Compton said in a statement that the dinner will "celebrate the bounty of the bayou" while raising critical funds for the communities in need. The three-course meal is priced at $65 per person (excluding tax and gratuity) and is served family style. Guests will enjoy dishes like Oyster Pan Stew, Boiled Shrimp with Vietnamese dipping sauce, and Redfish Courtbouillon with Jasmine Rice and three choices for dessert.

The menu is offered from 5:30 to 9 p.m. with limited seating. Reservations are strongly encouraged.
