This month, Bywater American Bistro is offering two new reasons to dine at the wildly-popular neighborhood restaurant. Sunday Roast and Date Night start on Sunday, October 11 and Thursday, October 15.
Sunday Roast will be served each Sunday and is Chef Nina Compton's take on elevated classic comfort food. The meal is priced at $65 for two and the menu will rotate each week. Served family style, mains like Roasted Australian Wagyu Striploin will be served with Glazed Baby Vegetables and Pomme Purèe.
Date Night will take place every Thursday and is the perfect excuse to start the weekend early. Couples can enjoy a three course pre-fixe dinner for two and welcome cocktail for $70. The weekly event will feature a new menu but guests can count on delicious mains like Juniper Roasted Pork Belly with delicata squash and Pan Roasted Snapper with cauliflower and pecan salsa verde. Expect to end the evening with a mouthwatering dessert like Semifreddo with brûléed citrus and mint.
The set price for Sunday Roast and Date Night does not include tax and gratuity. Dinner is served Wednesday through Sunday from 5:30-10 p.m. Reservations can be made online.
