Although every day feels like National Coffee Day for java drinkers, it is officially coming up on Wednesday, September 29. In honor of the big day, newcomer Funny Library Coffee Shop is offering $1 drip coffee and $1 cold brew from La Colombe.
The specials will be available from 7 a.m. to noon and pastries and light bites will also be available for purchase. The shop is located in the recently-opened Virgin Hotels New Orleans and is far from your typical coffee house or library. Guests will find a communal workplace featuring an assortment of games, whimsical books and objects, and an eclectic mix of colors, patterns, and furnishings.
