The film stars Charlton Heston as an aging quarterback struggling to let go of the game. It was released in 1969 and also features Bruce Dern and Jessica Walter. Adored by Saints fans, the movie is a "curious cross between the history of sports and popular culture in the history of the Crescent City." It was filmed during real football games at Tulane Stadium. Interested in attending? Admission to the event is $10, $5 for museum members, and free for Caillot Circle, Mahalia Jackson, Laussat Society, and Bieville Circle members.
