Calling all oyster fans (a.k.a. all of New Orleans)! On Saturday, March 7, New Orleanians will have the opportunity to view the new collection by actor and artist Christian Jules Le Blanc, featuring drawings of everyone's favorite hors d'oeuvre. His fine drawings will be displayed at the Kevin Gillentine Gallery on Magazine Street.
The opening is from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. (open to the public) with an invite-only pre-party starting at 6 p.m. The series is called "Wet" and will feature Le Blanc's drawings of photo-realistic oysters.
Hailing from Louisiana, Le Blanc has played the role of Michael Baldwin on The Young and the Restless since 1991.
