The NOLA Project, with the New Orleans Museum of Art, presents a unique way to enjoy the Halloween festivities. The group is putting on an outdoor, immersive production of The Legend of Sleepy Hollow in the museum's Sydney and Walda Besthoff Sculpture Garden.

The show is put on by the ensemble theatre company with supporting musicians from the  Louisiana Philharmonic. It combines the classic Washington Irving tale featuring Ichabod Crane and the Headless Horseman with modern and hilarious twists a.k.a. the cast, crew, and the entire Louisiana Philharmonic begins to be killed off. (There are major The Play That Goes Wrong vibes!) Written by Pete McElligott of NOLA Project, the play is the perfect Halloween activity for anyone looking for a new form of fun.

Food trucks and a fully stocked bar will be present at all performances, and all seating needs to be brought by attendees. The show runs Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays at 7 p.m. until November 10th.
